Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining sales order entry processing, dealing with customer queries, and providing support to the commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and freight forwarding. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence in a positive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Third level diploma/degree in business or technical field, preferably supply chain management
  • Previous experience in a customer services role within a pharmaceutical and supply chain environment
  • Thorough knowledge of logistics supply chain management models and ability to interact with freight forwarders effectively
  • Understanding of forecasting and supply demand supply chain models
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive manner
