passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals?
We are looking for a
Senior Psychologist
to join our client's brand new, Autism Specialist multidisciplinary team in the disability sector, supporting both adults and children.
This is a hybrid role where you will have the option to work from home for part of your week and you will travel across different HSE Primary Care Clinics in CHO3 – Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct autism assessments and deliver reports within set KPIs.
Provide services in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.
Liaise with families and professionals, manage appointments, and complete diagnostic reports.
Maintain accurate records in line with legal and organisational standards.
Ensure safe practice, report incidents, and follow risk management policies.
Deliver services in line with trauma-informed care principles.
Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based service delivery.
Maintain professional values and contribute to service development and research.
Offer a psychological perspective in line with PSI and organisational guidelines.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and accountability.
Professional Requirements:
Recognised Psychology qualification by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Current Senior Psychologist or meeting criteria for this grade.
Certified in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Structured Play-Based Assessment).
Up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety.
