Senior Site Manager (Relocate to Canada) to join the Building Division of one of Canada's Largest Main Contractors (circa $3 billion turnover) and work across a mixed portfolio of Healthcare, Airport, Defense, High-Rise, Commercial, and Educational projects.
Relocation to Canada (Ontario/Toronto or Ottawa) is required.
Duties
Pre-Construction Management:
Creating project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.
Construction Management:
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing site logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Post-Construction Management:
Handling warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.
Employee and Talent Management:
Supervising and developing direct reports, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and conducting performance assessments.
Opportunity Management:
Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating on proposals.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Trade in Construction or Engineering Discipline.
10+ years in Construction / Site Management for a Main Contractor in Ireland/UK.
Experience delivering projects with values of €60 Million+.
Available to relocate permanently to Canada within 6-9 months.
Salary
: CAD 175,000 to CAD 220,000 (approx. €120k to €150k) + Vehicle allowance.
Generous relocation support package (Flights, initial accommodation, etc.).
Work permit and visa costs paid by the company.
Comprehensive healthcare scheme for you and immediate family.
4 weeks annual leave + Christmas break.
