OverviewSenior Site Manager - Superstructure role at Evara Ireland.The role is based in Dublin, reporting to the Contracts Manager and will be part of the Site Team based in Clonburris.The successful candidate will lead and oversee superstructure projects from inception to completion, working proactively with other members of the Evara team to deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all on-site activities related to superstructure projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Implement and maintain effective communication channels across the site.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager in superstructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various site locations as required.Role DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and Information TechnologyNote: This description reflects the responsibilities and requirements for the role as described by Evara Ireland.#J-*****-Ljbffr
