Monaghans Galway require a talented Marketing Executive to join our team in our growing dynamic company.Monaghans Galway is a main dealer for Skoda, SEAT and CUPRA located in Galway City with over 60+ years experience in the motor industry.The ideal candidate will be passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of unique and engaging ideas for building efficient strategies and content.He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.The candidate will support the sales team ensuring the sales process is adhered and will deliver weekly/ monthly reports from the CRM system.The Role:Working with the team and management on marketing campaigns and promotions from design, through manufacture/print, to distribution/completion.Maximising sale opportunities through overall marketing activities for business areas which include New & Used sales and aftersales.Updating and managing the company websites & social media pages (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).Producing videos/images of cars with input from the sales team.Support the management of local sponsorships and brand ambassadors.Participating and supporting events in the dealership.Meeting all targets by working closely with our sales teams.Liaise with our three brands (Skoda, SEAT and CUPRA) on campaigns, events, direct communications, sponsorships and website, social media and showroom requirements.Completion of yearly marketing plans and budgets.Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our CRM system.Work enthusiastically, maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.Tracking and reporting on marketing budget expenditure, and the claiming of financial supports from suppliers.Understanding of GDPR.Ad-hoc reporting for management.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.Motor industry experience an advantage but not essential.Needs to be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office package, ideally have experience using Canva or other design software.Photography experience an advantage but not essential.Must be a self-starter and be able to work on own initiative.Highly organised & good attention to detail.Must have experience in paid advertising on Google Ads, FB & Insta.Exceptional attention to detail required.Present a professional image to both internal and external customers, through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance.Benefits / Package:Competitive package available to the successful candidate including company car and phone.This is a chance to join a dynamic and growing business who value and appreciate great people.Work remotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,******-€40,****** per yearBenefits:Company eventsOn-site parkingExperience:Digital marketing: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
