Be able to make recommendations.Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.The PersonPrevious hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.Fluent English and excellent communication skills.Micros Experience would be preferable.For more information, please email ******
