Key ResponsibilitiesWe require a Graduate Room Leader preferably or an applicant with a Level 6 Qualification who has experience in running a Pre school with up to 22 children in class.Childcare and Safety:Ensure the children's safety, health, and well-being at all times.Maintain a clean and safe learning environment, free of potential hazards.Implement and uphold all health and safety, safeguarding, and emergency procedures.Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios are met.Staff Supervision and Development:Supervise and support other early years practitioners in the room.Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and mentor junior staff or apprentices.Offer advice and deliver appraisals to support staff development.Curriculum and Child Development:Oversee the implementation of an appropriate curriculum and a wide variety of play-based activities.Ensure regular child observations are conducted and appropriate developmental notes are kept.Promote the holistic development of each child (creative, physical, imaginative, social, sensory, emotional, intellectual, and linguistic).Job Types: Permanent, Specified-purposeContract length: 12 monthsPay: €*****-€***** per hourExpected hours: 18 per weekBenefits:Sick payWork Location: In person
