Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager in Dublin.
This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors, and Subcontractors.
Main Duties
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, etc.
Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on-site.
Manage labour and subcontractors.
Handle external correspondence related to the project.
Order daily site materials.
Update project progress reports.
Maintain the K&M Document Management System.
Manage project-specific scheduling.
Communicate changes to the project team.
Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Qualifications
Relevant trade or further education qualifications in mechanical building services.
Minimum of 5 years' experience.
Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.
People management experience.
Project management experience is beneficial.
Proficient in computer applications with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel if required.
