Are you passionate about wellness, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences?The Shearwater Hotel & Spa is inviting an enthusiastic and confident Spa Manager to lead our award-winning Shear-Beauty Spa & Beauty Bar.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a standout spa facility, build on its reputation, and guide a talented team in delivering premium treatments and unforgettable service.About the Role We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the spa and beauty industry and brings a strong vision, leadership skills, and a client-first mindset.Experience with Yonka and Image skincare brands is a plus, though full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the spa team, overseeing training, performance, payroll, and service excellence.Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through regular room checks and client interaction.Drive business growth through new marketing initiatives and partnerships.Collaborate closely with hotel departments to enhance the guest experience, especially for conference and group bookings.Foster strong relationships with vendors and external partners.Create and implement spa policies, goals, and annual marketing strategies.Conduct employee evaluations and participate in budgeting and forecasting.Monitor competitors to stay ahead in services, pricing, and customer engagement.Manage stock levels, review product lines, and implement systems to increase sales and profitability.What Were Looking For: A minimum of 34 years of experience in a spa environment, including at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.Relevant industry qualifications.Hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist with deep knowledge of treatments.Experience with Image or Yonka skincare brands (preferred but not essential).Sales and aesthetic experience would be a strong advantage.Why Join Us?Complimentary on-site parking Uniform provided Access to Shear-Fitness and Leisure Club Meals provided while on duty Staff discounts across Comer Group Ireland Hotels, Restaurants, and Spa & Leisure Facilities Employee recognition and awards Join a dynamic, supportive team where your leadership and creativity can thrive.If you're ready to elevate your spa career in a beautiful, fast-paced setting, wed love to hear from you.Please note: Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Skills: Management ITEC Beauty
