Key Accounts Executive

AIR Group is one of the largest contractors supplying Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, HVAC and catering equipment across the entire island of Ireland. The AIR Group provides reactive services, planned preventative maintenance and installation of equipment to a wide customer base across retail, healthcare, educational and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to the team.The purpose of the Business Development role is to proactively develop new business streams in existing markets and drive sales in our new range of exciting innovative products. Responsibilities: Maintain existing account relationships and close sales efficiently Grow the Key account business by developing existing accounts Developing new customers in the commercial market Deliver Projects to a high standard in an efficient manner Seek out new business and progress same to become regular accounts Achieving sales and margin targets across all product ranges while promoting the company's products and services Promoting AIR in a professional manner Providing high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction Requirements: 2+ years proven experience with a Track record in Selling Must demonstrate a working knowledge of a clearly defined sales process and pipeline management process Excellent communication and people skills Drive to Succeed and Self-motivated Strong Negotiation skills Ability to excel at finding and closing opportunities in a short sales cycle Ability to deal with customers issues/problems in a polite and courteous manner Benefits: Company car Company events Company pension Employee assistance program On-site parking Bike to work program Wellness program Skills: Business Development Sales Project Manager Key Account Management
