Your Role:
Account management:
Lead and collaborate with your team, fostering career growth.
Business development:
Expand client relationships, access higher-margin projects, and cross-sell services.
Project leadership:
Manage project teams and deliver portfolios, ensuring commercial accountability.
Technical leadership:
Provide specialized advice and participate in training initiatives.
Team building and management:
Create sector-focused teams and mentor junior staff.
What You Bring:
Proven experience leading projects for UK & Ireland public sector clients.
Membership or progress towards membership of RICS or an equivalent body.
Experience with UK & Ireland construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC.
Experience managing commercial programs for major construction clients.
