Overview:We are hiring aSales Account Executive - Belgiumto join a market-leading European financial investment company.Become part of a team of motivated, thoughtful, and passionate professionals committed to shaping clients' financial futures.The Opportunity:As aSales Account Executive,you'll engage with HNWI's from Belgium who have expressed interest in the company's services.Using proven sales techniques, you'll uncover investors' goals, educate them on our services, and schedule meetings with regional sales partners.There is no cold calling - investors have already made contact to the company and expressed an interest.This role offers both professional growth and financial reward.You'll work alongside experienced mentors, refine your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and shape your own career path.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Follow up on client interest in the products to understand their need and interestsCommunicate the company's value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partnersContribute to firm growth while improving clients' financial well-beingReceive warm leads from our marketing team—no cold calling requiredYour Qualifications:Native or bilingual fluency inDutch and English.Fluency also in Flemish or French is an advantage but not essentialSome previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales careerProven track record of achieving personal and professional goals, working ot targetsA competitive, sales focused personality is essentialAbility to earn trust and act in clients' best interestsExcellent communication skillsSalary & Benefits:Base salary of €34,500 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE €90,000+)1/4 exta bonus target €rewards28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidaysRelocation package of€8,000 to relaote to Dublin if necessaryEnhanced maternity pay package: 26 weeks' top-up to full base pay for eligible employeesRetirement pension plan: 9% company contribution plus additional match up to 5% of base payMonthly gym subsidyup to 50Employee Assistance Programand other emotional wellbeing servicesCollaborative environment with ongoing training, educational support, and employee appreciation eventsHow to Apply:To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to:Contact:Jonathan Grimes#J-*****-Ljbffr
