Job Description Sales Account Executive – Nederlandstalig Locatie: Dublin (verhuispakket beschikbaar) Salaris: €34.500 per jaar basis + onbeperkte commissie (OTE €90.000+) Werkuren: maandag tot vrijdag Over de functie Wij zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Sales Account Executive voor een marktleidend Europees financieel investeringsbedrijf. Word onderdeel van een team van gemotiveerde, zorgvuldige en gepassioneerde professionals die zich inzetten voor het vormgeven van de financiële toekomst van klanten. Dit is een unieke kans om te werken met high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) die al interesse hebben getoond in de diensten van het bedrijf — geen koude acquisitie. Met bewezen verkooptechnieken ontdek je de doelen van investeerders, leg je uit wat onze diensten zijn en plan je afspraken met regionale salespartners. Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden Opvolgen van klantinteresse in producten om hun behoeften en doelen te begrijpen Het communiceren van de waardepropositie van het bedrijf aan high-net-worth investeerders en het plannen van afspraken met regionale salespartners Bijdragen aan de groei van het bedrijf terwijl je het financiële welzijn van klanten verbetert Ontvangen van warme leads van het marketingteam — geen koude acquisitie vereist Jouw kwalificaties Native of tweetalig vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels Enige ervaring in sales of een sterke passie voor een salescarrière Aantoonbare resultaten in het behalen van persoonlijke en professionele doelen Competitieve, op sales gerichte persoonlijkheid Vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen en te handelen in het beste belang van de klant Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden Salaris & voordelen Basisloon: €34.500 per jaar + onbeperkte commissie (OTE €90.000+) Kwartaalbonussen en extra beloningsmogelijkheden 28 dagen jaarlijkse vakantie, met de mogelijkheid om maximaal 3 extra dagen aan te schaffen, plus tot 11 betaalde feestdagen Verhuispakket: €8.000 voor verhuizing naar Dublin indien nodig Verbeterd zwangerschapsverlof: 26 weken aanvulling tot volledig basisloon voor in aanmerking komende medewerkers Pensioenplan: 9% bedrijfspensioen + tot 5% extra matching Maandelijkse fitnessvergoeding tot €50 Employee Assistance Program en andere welzijnsdiensten Samenwerkende werkomgeving met doorlopende training, educatieve ondersteuning en waarderingsevenementen voor medewerkers Hoe te solliciteren Stuur je CV en motivatiebrief naar: Contactpersoon: Jonathan Grimes
