OverviewLegal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial – Dublin, Ireland.We are working with a leading business in Ireland looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its high-performing team in Dublin.This is a varied role supporting strategic and operational areas of the business.You will advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and will provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.This role is part of a broader set of opportunities described below.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.Provide input on M&A and joint ventures.Support corporate governance, regulation and compliance.Draft and review agreements including leases, shareholder agreements, service contracts, and T&Cs.Advise clients on governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk.Lead or support on governance and risk-related activities.QualificationsAt least 2-4 years' PQE with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law.Qualified in Ireland with top tier or international law firm experience.A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgment.The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Additional Opportunities (selected highlights)Keane McDonald is delighted to partner with Bright; 12-month interim role to cover maternity leave for a Legal Counsel.Administrative Assistant in a Dublin-based tax firm (permanent, full onsite).Senior Associate opportunity in Sydney: 5+ years' post-admission in private practice; leadership and client-facing responsibilities.Knowledge Lawyer (Professional Support Lawyer) in Dublin: 3-5 years' Corporate Law; knowledge management, training and development focus.Insurance, Data Privacy, and Finance/Property roles in Dublin and wider markets, including contract drafting, risk management and governance.Broad technology (TMT) and data protection focus opportunities.How to ApplyFor more information, please contact the respective recruiters for confidential conversations.Absolute discretion is assured.#J-*****-Ljbffr
