Sales Team MemberThe Brand, Role & IndividualWe are Life Style Sports - Ireland's largest sports retailer and home to sales teams, number crunchers and sports fans.We like to think that working at Life Style Sports is special.For us it's all about being social, inspirational and fearless but most of all we have fun and love what we do.We're looking for Fully Flex Sales Team Members to join our Store team in William Street, Co.LimerickSales Team Member Role SummaryDeliver EPIC customer service by adhering to customer service Best Standard Practices (BSPs) and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to drive sales, increase store conversion rates and offer add on sales to increase average basket size transactions.Work with store teams to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, prevent stock loss and any additional duties.All our team members must demonstrate a flexible approach to work.Do you embody & project our Brand Values?Brand Values:SocialConnect: with others: get to know and understand you team members & customers celebrating wins & success together.Be Confident: demonstrate confidence in all you do.Be Engaging: engage with others in sharing a passion for what you believe in.InspirationalEmpower: encourage and empower others to take initiative to reach their potential.Be Innovative & Passionate: never settle for the status quo, always inspire to innovate & differentiate.FearlessBe Relentless: irrespective of the challenge or opponent you faceBe Epic: No-one remembers or respects averageBe Successful:it's all about resultsRole Responsibilities:Service & CommercialityEnsure you deliver excellent customer service in all scenarios.Check your notice boards & deployment planner at the start of your shift, ensure you receive your team brief & know your best seller's.Drive & meet daily individual targets.Use selling techniques to encourage add on sales and up selling on products.Use company tools to support i.e.) Gait analysis etc.Actively communicate all Company and in-store sale promotions to customers to increase conversion rates.Always advise or bring the customer to the fitting room offering them additional products to try on.Product KnowledgeParticipate in your Myagi training app.Attend , engage & activity participate in supplier training events when scheduled.Cash DeskGreet the customer with a smile, delivering a quick and efficient service to customers.Use the stock locator or additional Company tools to meet with Customers requirements highlighting the on-line store.Advise customers of additional promotions in-store and the option to purchase a gift card & customization.Scan all the items removing the security tags, checking the correct sizes of the product before processing the sale transaction and placing the goods neatly in a Life Style Sports shopping bag.Visual Merchandising (VM)Assist store management in implementing VM Store Communications.Ensure replenishment is actioned hourly resulting in full size availability on the sales floor, with all product size cubed.Houses KeepingAttend to general housekeeping at the beginning, during and end of each shift.Ensure the sales floor is free form debris and potential safety hazards.Ensure all fixtures mirrors, shoe tiers and displays are kept clean and free from dust.Processing deliveries as per company as per company guidelinesAction Sales floor Recovery.Minimizing Stock Loss & Health & SafetyBe vigilant and attentive towards the protection of the business assets.Report any suspicious behavior to a member of the management team.Sign off essential security checklists.If you have 1-2 years retail experience, a passion for fitness, sports & fashion.Life Style Sports could be the right fit for you?Apply to join our Epic new team.LSSJoinTheTalentJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to €***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeExperience:Sales: 1 year (preferred)Language:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
