You will join an existing sales team of experienced individuals who all come from a strong scientific background and wanted to break into a sales role.
THE COMPANY: Our client is a genuine market leader in their sector and has a turnover in the multi-millions and has built a strong team in Ireland, and boasts extreme employee satisfaction and low staff turnover.
They represent a diverse portfolio of accounts spanning multiple scientific sectors.
Due to impressive growth last year, they are looking to expand their Irish sales team and need an additional sales person to join the Pharmaceutical equipment team.
THE ROLE: As the successful Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling an impressive range of laboratory equipment to manufacturing laboratories in Ireland.
You will be selling to a range of decision makers, including laboratory managers, lab technicians, quality control, Procurement, etc.
You will focus on labs that specialize in QC and microbiology testing solutions.
This role will be account management-focused, however, you will also be responsible for driving new business opportunities in your designated territory.
An impressive training scheme and progression opportunities are on offer for the right candidate.
Territory = Anywhere in Ireland and flexible for the right candidate THE PERSON: For this role, our client is eager to meet with candidates who come from a strong scientific background, ideally biology, chemistry, biotechnology, bio-medical, pharmaceutical science, food science, etc.
If you have a scientific background with experience working in a lab, such as a QC technician, and are looking to break into a sales role, then apply below.
If you have previous sales experience that will be an advantage but it is not essential as they provide full sales and product training for their employees.
The most successful people on this team came from a science background with lab experience, and learned the sales aspect of this role when they joined our client.
THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER: Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 Bonus: €10,000 Benefits: Fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, pension, healthcare, life insurance, 21 days holiday and increasing with years of service LOCATION: Anywhere in Ireland - ideally East Coast or West Coast BMS Performance specialises in recruiting sales professionals, nationally.
