We're recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Modular Buildings sector who is looking to expand their commercial team with a Junior Quantity Surveyor.
About the Client:
Our client is a forward-thinking specialist in modular construction, delivering high-quality, sustainable building solutions across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors.
With continued growth and a robust pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking to bring on board a proactive Junior QS to support their commercial operations from pre-construction through to final account.
The Role:
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working alongside experienced QS professionals, supporting the cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial management of modular build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and procurement schedules
Monitor project costs and progress
Support contract administration, including valuations, variations and final accounts
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines
About You:
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, collaborative, and ready to grow within the modular construction sector.
Requirements
:
A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience (placement/internship experience welcomed)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
