The Galmont Hotel & Spa is part of the MHL Hotel Collection, a renowned group of stylish, quality-focused hotels across Ireland.Situated in the heart of Galway City, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with a personal touch.We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team in Spirit One Spa.Main ResponsibilitiesDelivering a variety of Spa services (body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, manicures)Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest possible standardProvide consistent, professional massage and body treatmentsMaintain spa equipment and keep a well stocked roomKeep documentation and maintain client filesUphold hygiene standardsUp-sell all treatments and productsRegularly attend and participate in staff meetings and trainingWhat You NeedTherapists must have a passion for the spa industry, deliver a high standard of treatment and customer service in line with standards expected.The successful candidate will be fully qualified in facial, body and beauty treatments, with previous experience working in a busy spa or salon.CIDESCO qualified or equivalentAbility to work in a pressured environmentWork to a high standard of cleanliness and hygieneMust have excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of the teamHave superb communication skills and enjoy guest interactionBe flexible and available to work midweek and weekendsFluent in English both oral and writtenJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From €***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee discountFood allowanceOn-site gymOn-site parkingWellness programWork Location: In person
