Financial Accounting Business PartnerLocation:Dublin (Hybrid) — global remit (EU/UK/US)Reports to:Finance DirectorPartners with:Internal StakeholdersType:Full-time, PermanentCompany backgroundNuritas' mission is to improve the lives of billions, and our vision is to provide the hero ingredient in everyday products.We are transforming the discovery of bioactive ingredients using AI, deep learning, and genomics to unlock peptides from natural sources like plants and food.Our proprietary platform, Magnifier, uses advanced machine learning and our extensive dataset of molecules to identify natural peptides with specific health benefits.We optimize these molecules for stability and scalability, ensuring they perform in real-world applications.Our plant peptide ingredients include PeptiStrong for protein amplification and muscle health, and PeptiSleepTM for improving deep and REM sleep.Through our ingredients, customers can create better products that are truly differentiated in addressing consumer needs.Founded in **** by Dr. Nora Khaldi, the company has built the world's largest peptide knowledge base and formed high-profile partnerships with companies like Nestle, Mars, and Sumitomo Corporation.Its team, diverse in nationality and gender, is driven by innovation and passion to bring nature's benefits to the world.We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, creating an inclusive culture where every voice matters.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Financial Accounting Business Partner to join our finance team.This role blends strong technical accounting skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingPrepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly management accounts.Ensure compliance with all tax requirements including VAT.Maintain and reconcile Sales & Purchase ledger accounts, General ledger codes in all company accounts, fixed assets register, and the inventory ledger.Cashflow & Financial ControlManage company cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships.Monitor working capital and recommend process improvements to optimise liquidity.Ensure robust internal controls, policies, and processes are implemented and maintained.Ad Hoc & Strategic ProjectsSupport the development of financial dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and accountability across the business.Support the CFO, Finance Director and wider finance team as required.Essential Skills:Part- qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax compliance, and audit processes.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with non-financial stakeholders.Commercially focused, with the ability to think strategically and operationally.Detail-oriented, proactive, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
