The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage projects, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
The role may require travel to different sites; primarily based in Dublin but may travel outside Leinster from time to time.
Candidates must hold a full, clean driver's licence.
Responsibilities
Meeting new and potential clients to promote the business and secure new work
Pricing tender enquiries
Attending pre-start meetings
Supervision of all junior management
Working with the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Ensuring excellent productivity among all employees
Site measurement/assessment for replacement fire stopping
Preparation and negotiation of contracts
Managing suitably qualified labour
Complying with the company\'s health and safety policy/procedures
Undertaking comprehensive passive fire installation inspections
Monitoring, implementing and participating in performance improvements in line with best practices and current legislation
Quality control of all installations
Monitoring recording software to assist managers in day-to-day operations
Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to or implemented
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge in the Construction industry is essential
Technical knowledge of fire stopping products and their installation is preferable
Previous management experience is essential
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Full clean drivers licence
