We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Store Manager in our Naas Store. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager drives revenue, manages costs, and fosters a culture of high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include: Operational Excellence: Ensure store processes and guidelines are followed, utilize analytics to optimize efficiency, and make informed decisions to improve store performance.Analytics: Exceed KPIs, manage cash and stock, control personnel costs, and monitor sales performance.Leadership: Support team growth through training, fostering trust and respect, and encouraging engagement and continuous learning.Merchandise & Inventory: Maintain attractive displays, ensure product availability, and manage inventory accurately.Customer Engagement: Provide exemplary service and uphold high standards.Brand & Animal Welfare: Ensure animals are well cared for, prioritizing their welfare at all times.Qualifications: Proven success as a retail Store ManagerTrack record of achieving KPIsStrong leadership and business acumenExcellent customer service and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we offer: Certified as a Great Place to WorkStore Manager KPI-based bonusEmployee discount up to 40% in stores and 20% in salonsPaid leave: sick leave, annual leave, bank holidays, maternity/paternity leaveRefer a Friend schemeCareer development opportunities within the companyCommunity environment passionate about animalsTraining programs and management developmentAnnual leave starting at 21 days, increasing to 23 days at year 6Cycle to Work schemeFree uniformMaxi Zoo Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
