We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operation of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and setting a positive tone for the rest of the team.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, implementing effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or problems, taking proactive steps to resolve them and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
