As a Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of fresh food departments in our stores. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high-quality fresh food offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate workload effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets related to gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other KPIs
- Control stock levels and overheads within agreed budgets
