Opportunity for a Senior Manager (Audit & Accounts) to join an expanding team.
My Client is seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly motivated Senior Manager to oversee a vast portfolio of Clients and manage a team of qualified and part-qualified auditors and accountants.
Working closely with the Partners, the role will be quite varied.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and manage performance and development.
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary €80k-€90k DOE
