Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review VAT returns and ensure compliance with Irish VAT legislation Assist in VAT planning, advisory, and consultancy projects Liaise with clients, Revenue, and internal teams on VAT-related queries Support VAT audits and manage responses to Revenue authorities Identify VAT risks and opportunities across client portfolios Contribute to process improvements and technical training initiatives Ideal Candidate: CTA qualified or Tax Technician with a minimum of 5 years VAT experience Strong technical knowledge of Irish VAT Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail Client-focused, proactive, and a team player Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Salary & Benefits: Salary up to €80k DOE Flexible working hours & 4.5-day working week Funded CPD and professional memberships Paid study support and structured development programmes Free parking, wellbeing supports, social events, and more If you are VAT Specialist looking for a new opportunity, please contact Rion Gallagher at for more information.
