Are you commercially savvy and thrive on solving real business challenges and driving growth? Were looking for a B2B Digital Strategist to join a fast growing advertising agency. In this role, youll work directly with founders, leadership teams, and commercial stakeholders to tackle bottlenecks, map growth opportunities, and turn big ideas into structured action. You wont just be thinking, youll be leading workshops, implementing proven frameworks, and helping high-growth businesses scale smarter. What Youll Do Partner 1:1 with business owners to develop and execute growth strategies. Lead strategic workshops (virtual & in-person) using structured systems and visual frameworks. Uncover performance gaps in sales, marketing, and ops and help close them. Create clear roadmaps, execution plans, and scorecards that drive accountability. Be a sounding board and mentor to founders and their teams, helping them make faster, sharper decisions. What You Bring Experience in business strategy, consulting, or growth especially in marketing or fast-growing companies. Understand the fundamentals of digital growth, automation, and operational systems is required. Strong commercial acumen you understand what makes a business perform. Confidence leading client conversations and turning complexity into clarity. Curiosity, structure, and a bias for action you're not just a thinker, youre a doer. Bonus points if youve worked with B2B businesses, supported founders, or built growth systems and playbooks. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves working across different industries, solving real problems, and making a tangible difference.
