Your Role as Retail Manager and Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire:
As a
Retail
Manager
, directly manage your team to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor Store Performance:
Track key metrics such as turnover, revenue, wages, shrinkage, and wastage to ensure the store runs efficiently.
Step Up When Needed:
Act as
Duty Manager
in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
Collaborate for Success:
Work with the Store Management team to meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain Standards:
As a
Retail
Manager
, oversee store presentation, stock control, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
What We're Looking For in a Retail Manager:
Retail Experience:
Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally with management responsibilities.
Leadership Skills:
A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Hands-On Approach:
You'll be on the shop floor, not in the office-leading by example
Target-Driven:
You are motivated to achieve goals and enhance the store's success.
Customer-Focused:
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the store meets its operational targets.
