Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail?
Our client is seeking a talented Store Manager to lead a team and drive success in their store.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive revenue growth.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
Train and develop staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills
Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management in Grocery or Retail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
