Kitchen Porter Maldron Hotel Kevin Street We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Kitchen Porterin the excellent Maldron Hotel Kevin Street. Located within the heart of Dublin City with Cathedral right on our doorstep and within walking distance to Temple Bar, Green and the Guinness Storehouse. Multiple options for public transport is available within a 3 minute walk from the hotel door. Maldron Hotel Kevin Street consists of 137 bedrooms and 22 parking spaces. Objective of the Role Reporting to the Head Chef, the Kitchen Porterwill support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens. Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards Requirements: Previous experienceworking in a kitchen.
