Support Workers
in
Co.
Galway & Co.
Roscommon (Castlerea, Ballinasloe, Monksland, Loughrea, & Tuam)
for an after school service for children ages 6 to 13.
Shifts are Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting service users to reach their full potential, while receiving excellent benefits and support.
You will be working with a team of other support workers bringing small groups of service users into the community for various activities (swimming, horseback riding, playground, walks, shopping, cafes, etc.).
This is a
temporary
position with the potential to transition to permanent.

Requirements:
Partial Qualifications accepted
; QQI Level 5 in healthcare, childcare, psychology, SNA, or any other healthcare related field.
Or someone with at least 2 years of relevant ID experience.
Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
Full manual drivers license

Relevant work experience desired.
Additional training will be provided.
Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
