Support Worker Role

We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will be passionate about supporting individuals with varying needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, achieving individualized goals, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in practice.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres is essential.
  • Excellent communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills are required.
  • A full driving license is desirable.
