VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Retail Brand Company with the Recruitment of a hearty authentic Commercial Manager to build upon already firm client relationships based in the Banbridge HQ.

Salary : £50,000 +Commission +Car& Phone+ Fantastic Benefits Package Hours : Mon-Fri - 09:00 - 17:00 Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all 75 customers in Ireland, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are continuously strengthened.

Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead the prospecting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts for a range of products across multiple business partners and locations.

Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, focusing on maximizing the presence and performance of company products.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director to align on objectives and share progress, while also managing your portfolio autonomously.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

Essential Experience & Skills: Experience in establishing and maintaining successful customer partnerships.

A strong network and credibility within the shopping centre industry, with experience selling services or products to landlords and management agents.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Highly ambitious, assertive, and self-motivated to meet the company ambitious targets.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership.
