Commercial Retail Director Position

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, focusing on maximizing the presence and performance of company products in the retail market.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are continuously strengthened.
  • Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead the prospecting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts for a range of products across multiple business partners and locations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align on objectives and share progress while managing your portfolio autonomously.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition to customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
