Expert Plumbing Salesperson

This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our wide range of plumbing products and services to both residential and commercial customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and products, combined with excellent communication and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new leads and potential customers in both residential and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored plumbing solutions that meet their specific needs.
Generate new sales through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and other business development techniques.
Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding plumbing products, services, and system installations.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance.
Conduct product demonstrations to show the features, benefits, and value of plumbing products and services.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale support.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, including quotes, contracts, and follow-up communication.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration and Team Support: Collaborate with the plumbing installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist the marketing team by providing insights and feedback on customer needs and product preferences.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and promote products/services.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, plumbing sales or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills & Abilities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and network effectively with clients and industry professionals.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Technical aptitude to understand plumbing systems and products.
Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
