Are you an experienced National Field or FMCG Client Account Manager with people leadership experience? Location is flexible across Ireland and you will be comfortable travelling when required.

€53-57k + car allowance, private health care, annual leave purchase, bonus & other great benefits We are looking for an experienced and successful Client Account / National Field Manager who ideally comes from afield marketing agency background to join one of our FMCG client teams within the Avidity Group.

Avidity is the parent company of a group of field sales and marketing agencies which include Mc Currach, Standout Field Marketing and Wave.

We partner with brands to help them sell more and our Ireland Clients include big names such as Unilever, Nestle, Danone and Kerry Foods.

You will be responsible forindependently managing the senior client relationships and field based team whilst beingaccountable for the full operational delivery.

You will have experience of working within an FMCG environment, ideally with exposure to field sales.

Our Account Managers operate at a senior level within our business, reporting into a Controller or Director.

These roles are key to managing both the client relationship and the field team.

A large part of your role also involves working with data, so having strong analytical and reporting skills whilst being able to translate into a compelling story is essential.

You will be comfortable travelling when required and have strong proven leadership qualities and commercial acumen.

This is a home based role which will involve regular travel on a weekly or monthly basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance across Ireland and travelling to the UK on occasion.
