Are you a skilled Senior Solicitor or Associate Solicitor looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive legal team? This hybrid role offers an exceptional opportunity to manage high-value High Court claims across Casualty and Property, Risks & Coverage (PRC) areas within a leading legal services firm dedicated to the insurance sector.

About the Role You will handle a diverse caseload of complex High Court cases including subrogated recoveries and a wide range of PRC claims such as property damage, recoveries, policy advice, indemnity disputes, fraud, subsidence, construction, agriculture, product liability, and both household and commercial matters.

Experience with complex indemnity, liability, and casualty claims (employers' and public liability) is highly desirable.

This senior position also involves supervising junior colleagues, offering guidance, and contributing to their development, as well as actively engaging with insurer clients and key stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes.
