Were looking for a Site Supervisor to join our client who isleading provider of fire protection and safety solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems.

With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they deliver exceptional fire safety services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

You will beoverseeing the installation of fire sprinkler systems on-site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to fire sprinkler system installations.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Manage and lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support.

Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, safety documentation, and material usage.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.

Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.

Order and manage site materials, ensuring timely availability for project needs.

Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within fire protection, mechanical, or construction industries.

Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, installation procedures, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Experience in health and safety compliance and site management.

CSCS or SMSTS certification is desirable.

Full Irish driving license.
