The Team Our dedicated Personal Injury team specialises in claims involving hearing aid loss among factory and industrial workers.
You'll work alongside experienced litigators and case managers, handling high-volume and high-value claims, including complex occupational noise exposure cases.
The team collaborates across practice areas to provide clients with seamless, expert legal advice.
The Role Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of hearing aid loss claims and related factory worker personal injury matters.
Handling settlement discussions, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, legal correspondence, and court documentation.
Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and third-party professionals.
Staying abreast of developments in personal injury law, especially in occupational and industrial contexts.
About You You will be: A Qualified Solicitor (Northern Ireland admission preferred).
Experienced in personal injury litigation.
Exceptionally organised, with strong case management skills and attention to detail.
An excellent communicator with empathy, resilience, and a commercial mindset.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
