Plaintiff Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE.

Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm based in Belfast City Centre.

This is a well established, forward thinking firm known for its strong presence across media, entertainment, corporate, real estate, and litigation sectors.

Youll join a highly regarded plaintiff litigation team, managing a high quality caseload focused primarily on hearing loss (NIHL) claims.

The firm offers a collaborative culture, career progression, and exposure to complex and meaningful work.

They will also consider experienced Legal Executives or Fee Earners with relevant litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters approximately 95% NIHL Progress files from instruction through to hearing, settlement, or conclusion Prepare legal documents, issue proceedings, and liaise with counsel and medical experts Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients Attend hearings and consultations where required Ensure compliance with court rules and internal procedures Maintain client satisfaction through timely updates and strong communication Essential Skills and Experience 13 years PQE in litigation, ideally with plaintiff personal injury experience Exposure to NIHL or industrial disease claims (desirable) Strong file management and litigation skills Excellent drafting and communication abilities Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment A confident team player with a client focused mindset Proficiency in case management systems Alternative Backgrounds Considered Applications are welcomed from experienced Legal Executives or Fee Earners with a proven track record of managing their own caseload in NIHL or similar personal injury litigation.
