The role suits someone looking to gain varied experience in Manco administration by supporting both operational risk and regulatory reporting.

As an Associate you will be involved in the daily activity of the Operational Risk Function and will have exposure to a wide range of risk and regulatory reporting duties.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the firm, including senior management; get exposure to all elements of the firms Risk Management Framework and assist in its evolution and development.

Reporting to the CRO, this is an ideal role for candidates looking to develop their career in Risk Management within the financial services industry.

To be successful you will need to be proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key and ongoing learning are required.

Operational Risk Support Working closely with the CRO you will be involved in the daily activity of the Risk Function and will have exposure to a wide range of risk areas.

Formulate operational risk responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and client Due Diligence Questionnaires Administration and Support of the group wide operational risk tools in particular Contribute to the effective management of risk by assisting in the implementation of the Risk Management Framework.

Administration and Support of the group wide operational risk tools in particular: Support and participate in the execution of Risk activities and initiatives including those specific to Operational Risk.

Collation and analysis of regular Management Information and metrics in relation to Operational and other areas of risk.

Collate reporting requirements to Committees and Boards Produce ad hoc reporting to key business stakeholders.

Assist with the delivery of operational risk framework and system Support senior management in risk initiatives Regulatory Reporting Support Working closely with the Regulatory Reporting Specialist you will provide support to ensure that the preparation and review of regulatory returns in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements.

Deliver regulatory and client reporting services Manage any changes to existing regulatory reporting requested by the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulators.

Ensure checklists and internal control guidance is followed during accounts & returns production.

Operate within an appropriate control environment and continually assess the process/procedures to identify areas for improvement Required Experience and Qualification 1-3 years experience in a related role where you have gained exposure to Fund Administration, Fund Accounting and / or Manco administration Related financial / compliance qualification required Knowledge of UCITS regulations (advantageous).

Knowledge of OR industry best practice and regulatory standards.
