Job Specification Facilities Electrician Job Title: Facilities Electrician Location: Belfast Salary: £38,000 per annum Reporting to: Site Lead Probationary Period: 13 Weeks About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Electrician to join our team in Belfast.

This is a multi-site role providing essential support across client sites, including breakdown response, planned preventative maintenance, and remedial works.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and compliance of electrical systems across over 3 million square feet of factory floor space.

Key Responsibilities Attend to electrical breakdowns promptly and efficiently across multiple client sites.

Carry out EICR remedials, emergency lighting remedials, and other compliance-related tasks.

Perform installation, testing, and certification of electrical systems to a high standard.

Undertake high bay, low bay, internal, and external lighting repairs.

Use a PDA for task management and reporting.

Manage own workload to meet response time requirements and deadlines.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment, complying with all policies and procedures.

Support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering high-quality service.

Essential Criteria City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation.

City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Desired Experience & Skills Proven experience as an electrician, with expertise in breakdowns, installations, and remedial works.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.

Full clean driving licence.

IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and customer care skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure.
