Finance Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a well-established multinational company.
As Director, you will be a crucial part of the finance function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS while leading financial reporting processes.
This position involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing technical accounting guidance, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of group annual reports under US GAAP and IFRS.
Manage quarterly financial reporting obligations for stock exchange submissions.
Prepare monthly consolidated management reports for internal stakeholders.
Provide expert accounting and regulatory guidance on key financial matters.
Assess and implement changes due to new accounting standards or regulations.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Experience: Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting is important Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a multinational corporate finance function.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle would be advantageous).
