Field Sales Representative - Packaging Solutions Competitive Basic + Commission + Company Car + Pension Ireland - Field Based Are you a driven field sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and winning new business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading importer and distributor of packaging machinery and materials.

The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you'll take ownership of the Southern Ireland territory, managing a mix of existing accounts and new business development.

Your focus will be on offering innovative packaging solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing a portfolio of B2 B accounts across Ireland Identifying new business opportunities in both existing and growth markets Providing excellent post-sale support and customer service Cross-selling and up-selling relevant solutions Delivering against sales targets and KPIs Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems (Salesforce) Representing the brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator with a strong track record in field sales.

We're ideally looking for: 3+ years' proven B2 B field sales experience, ideally within packaging or a related industry A proven ability to generate leads and close deals A proactive, target-driven mindset Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent planning and organisational ability A full, clean driving licence What's on Offer?
