Job Title Interim Regional Manager - Cork Service Area Cork City & County Reporting Relationship Director of Service Scope of the Post The post holder will be responsible, under the direction of Director of Service for managing the establishment and delivery of services, in compliance with company policies, resource allocation, service plan targets and regulatory requirements Purpose of the Post Under the direction of Director of Service, the post holder will be responsible for managing the establishment and delivery of services, in line with regulatory requirements, resource allocation and service plan targets.
To ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards within available resources.
Provide leadership to staff in delivering services consistent with Talbot Group Model of Person-Centred Care and Support.
Support operational managers in the delivery and governance of service provision, ensuring safety and quality of service.
Create a team which supports and takes responsibility for all aspects service delivery.
The role will evolve as services are further developed and established.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Have a working knowledge of the regulatory requirements relevant to the provision of Disability Services.
Provide support and guidance for the development of new services.
