Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire and develop the branch to operate efficiently and deliver customer excellence.
Control Costs Smartly: Manage budgets, branch-level costs, and rota planning to maximize profitability.
Build Strong Customer Relationships: Engage directly with key customers, boosting spend and growing long-term partnerships.
Drive Commercial Excellence: Support the branch with pricing strategy, project bids, and profitable customer proposals.
Uplift Operational Standards: Ensure product readiness, safety compliance, and seamless branch performance.
Champion Safety: Create a safety-first culture, ensuring the branch follows best practices and processes.
Elevate People Performance: Coach, mentor, and lead performance reviews to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
Enhance Processes: Ensure full compliance with operational policies, stock controls, and internal audit standards.
Collaborate Cross-Regionally: Be a team player, supporting broader company goals and sharing best practices across regions Key requirements Proven experience in a senior sales or operations leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment Experience within construction/construction hire a distinct advantage and preferred.
A track record of delivering strong commercial results and profitable growth.
Exceptional financial and cost management capability.
Skilled in team leadership, performance development, and rota/scheduling planning.
Strong communicator who builds trust with both customers and internal teams.
Passionate about customer success and delivering a standout service.
Solid understanding of compliance, health & safety, and operational best practice.
