Regional Product Director

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Product Director to lead our EMEA Product organization. This role reports to the Senior Director and oversees our EMEA product areas in Ireland, Iceland, and Israel.
About the Role:
- You will develop a deep understanding of the Product team's business operations, objectives, and challenges and provide strategic guidance.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the establishment of a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including leading workforce planning initiatives, org design frameworks, talent reviews, recruitment, development, and succession planning.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the region.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of HR experience, inclusive of people leadership.
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams is preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple country areas.
- Requirement to travel on a regular basis.
- Deep experience with large-scale change, including experience in thinking strategically and translating business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
