Our client is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join their team based in Cavan.
This can be with a full-time or part-time role.
Job Description: Working alongside the office manager, Responsibilities and Duties Develop financial and taxation strategies Experience with VAT returns.
Monitoring financial performance and KPIS of the businesses and reporting to the Senior Management Teams every month Drive process improvement and efficiency, and continuously improve financial controls Preparation of Annual Budgets Ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting and good cash management Identifying risks and opportunities that may affect the financial performance of the company Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions, accountants and tax authorities Qualifications: Accounting Technician qualifications are ideally, but not essential Previous experience in Accounts.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel Ability to multitask and to work to deadlines Excellent communication skills with fully fluent written and spoken English are essential Self-starter with the ability to work on their initiative and to manage workload Proactive problem-solving ability Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy If you think this role is for you, please forward your CV to Skills: Book-keeping
