Senior Project Manager

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing mid to large-scale construction projects who are ready to oversee multiple high-profile commercial and residential developments across the city.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile Minimum of 7 years in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Benefits €110,000 €120,000 base salary DOE.
Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
Performance-based bonus structure.
Pension scheme.
