Were seeking a capable and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the home.
This is a key leadership role that will suit either an experienced Nurse Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and managing clinical teams to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care Overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations, NMC standards, and best practices Supporting, mentoring, and developing nursing and care staff Working closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain high standards across the home Managing rotas and staffing levels to meet the evolving needs of residents Ensuring all recruitment and onboarding procedures (Access NI, NMC registration, right-to-work documentation, references) are carried out thoroughly and in line with company policy What Were Looking For: 3+ years experience in a Nurse Manager role, preferably within a nursing home setting Active NMC registration with no restrictions Confident in clinical governance, team leadership, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and organisational skills Must have full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available for this post) Whats on Offer: Competitive salary with performance bonuses Paid breaks and free uniform Free on-site parking and subsidised meals Ongoing training, induction, and opportunities for career progression Company pension scheme and paid annual leave Whether you're looking to grow in your leadership journey or bring your skills to a new, supportive setting, this role could be the next big step in your career.
