Junior Quantity Surveyor Junior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Irelands largest main contractors to work on a range of Data Centre, Commercial and Industrial Projects in West-Dublin with regular travel to projects in Europe.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, tender, contract, and subcontract documents.
Measure quantities from drawings/plans and support cost planning and control.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, manage procurement, and issue payment certificates.
Monitor project progress, prepare valuations, reports, and account statements.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, maintaining records.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and support Project Directors/Site Managers.
Requirements Degree Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant qualification.
1 years+ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor would be advantageous.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and COINS.
